Cookie policy
We use one cookie.
A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to remember. We use exactly one, and it tells us which pages people read. That is the whole story.
01 / The cookie, in the open
One cookie, written down.
When we add Google Analytics later this year, the cookie below is the one it will set. We're publishing this in advance so the disclosure is there before the script is.
02 / If you'd rather not
Three ways to turn it off.
If you don't want the cookie at all, the three routes below work today. None of them affects whether the site loads, whether you can apply, or whether we'll get back to you.
In your browser settings.
Every browser lets you block third-party cookies or clear cookies for a single site. On Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge it sits under Settings, then Privacy. That is the most direct path and it works for every site, not just ours.
With Google's official opt-out.
Google publishes a small browser add-on that switches Analytics off across every site that uses it. tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Install it once and forget it.
By telling us.
Email tech@gayacredit.com with the words “opt out” and the browser you use. We can't un-set a cookie from afar, but we'll send back the two-click path for your browser and walk you through it if anything is unclear.
03 / What we don't do
Three things you won't find on this site.
No advertising cookies.
We don't run remarketing. We don't sell ad space. Nothing on this site is here to follow you elsewhere on the internet.
No third-party trackers.
No Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no Hotjar, no session replay. Analytics counts pages; that is the entire surveillance budget.
No selling to data brokers.
We don't share what we collect. The data sits with us, and with Google under their terms, and goes no further.
04 / Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask us.
A real person reads the inbox. We answer in plain English, not in policy boilerplate. If you spot something on this page that needs fixing or feels evasive, that is worth knowing.
